Edges in 3D Modeling

In 3D modeling, an edge is an area of a shape where 2 faces on a 3D polygon meets, (Between two vertices is where you will find the edge) When using edges in 3D modeling, you can select the edge of the shape, and shape it however you want. When you move the edges, the whole shape will change depending on where you move the edge and how you move the edge.you can also scale, rotate and extrude the edges as well to change how they look, doing this will move and shape and re size the edge depending on what is is you are doing and it will make the shape look different. You can also rotate the edges as well if you need to for what ever it is that you are making in a 3D modeling program such as Blender, 3Ds Max and other programmes.
